GENESIS 2:19
The Fullness of Jesus in your vision
In the Beginning, God Created
And then he invited man to participate. An invitation.
Adam was placed in a garden—not merely to occupy it, but to cultivate it. He was given a world to encounter, something to tend, and creatures to name.
Before there was a human institution, a platform, a strategy, or a system, there was relationship. There was something to behold.
Something to recognize. Something entrusted to humanity to cultivate.
I believe creativity still begins there.
Not with the pressure to produce, but with the willingness to see.
Not with the need to manufacture significance, but with the humility to recognize what is already there—and the courage to participate in what it might become. We live in a world that is both seen and unseen. And somewhere between the two, imagination gives language to possibility.
That is where I want to create from.
Through Jesus. By the Holy Spirit. In relationship with the Father and in family. Sometimes it’s through a conversation, a film, a sound, a vision, a system, a strategy, or an idea that allows someone to see what was there all along. The expression changes. The source does not.
I’m not interested in creating simply to add more things to the world.
I’m interested in what happens when we pay attention.
When something unseen begins to take form.
When an idea finds language.
When a question opens a door.
When someone sees possibility where there appeared to be none.
Maybe creativity has always been bigger than what we make.
Maybe it is something deeply human—the capacity to encounter what has been given, to wonder at what it could become, and to participate in bringing it into view.
To recognize beauty and cultivate it.
To encounter disorder and imagine restoration.
To notice what others have passed by.
Because creating can feel a lot like discovery.
We are not always beginning with nothing.
Sometimes we are simply learning to see what was already there.
Something waiting to be noticed, to be named, to be cultivated.
And perhaps, in the beginning, that was the invitation all along.
